Carmel holds a special place in our heart. Matt and I both grew up spending family vacations in Carmel and Monterey, so it was a natural choice when it came to choosing a wedding venue. Carmel is so quaint, and the rolling hills just exude natural romance. We wanted to apply those same characteristics to our celebration. We choose whimsical wildflowers, artsy prints, and a venue that brought historic charm. We are romantic bohemians at heart.
Stepping onto the green at Holman Ranch took my breath away. That spectacular lush view, my handsome husband-to-be at the end of the aisle, and all our family and friends smiling at my dad and I as we walked down the aisle is a feeling I will never forget. Matt and I were so googly eyed for each other up there, I think Matt even stole a kiss mid ceremony. He’s a rebel and that’s why I love him.
